Customers can see an overview of the their orders when logged in. The details page of an order shows relevant data as shown in the reference image below.

Order Statusses

An order can have several statuses of which the following are relevant by default.

  • Pending (not paid)

  • Processing (paid)

  • On Hold (hold)

  • Canceled (canceled)

  • Completed (shipped)

  • Closed (credited)
