Entity data
The data entity manager can consist of custom data per project. When applicable the data entity or entities can be set per project. For example a data entity can be a retailer, school or club. Using an entity as input for the personalization triggers the action when for example the retailer is selected or logged in.
Entity acton period
Each entity can have a defined action period. Having a period active or not can be used as a trigger. For instance to provide discount when a certain school or retailer has an action week or month.
Tags
Each (sub) data entity can be categorized with one or more tags. These tags can be used to trigger personalization on. This allows for easily enabling a personalization action over multiple groups data entities.
Billing, shipping country
In checkout, a personalization action can be applied when a certain billing and / or shipping address country is selected. For instance allowing disallowing a payment method.
Website, store, store view
Magento works with websites, stores and storeviews for multiwebsite implementation and globalization. These can be used as input for personalization, making it possible to target actions based on active website.
Customer group
Magento customers can be assigned to a customer group. Personalization can be applied to a group of customers with this data input.
