Customer Management

Customers are managed in the back-end of the commerce engine, currently Magento. All native Magento admin features are available such as searching customers, mapping column views and exporting data to various formats.

Since Magento is used in a headless environment, meaning the front-end is custom build, not all Magento native features are available in the platform. During the project specification it is discussed what is available to use.
